  • Register for membership online.

The European Liberals for Reform Web App is a collaborative project on GitHub. At the present moment, the source code needs to be requested, but it will be open source in a later stage.

You directly provide European Liberals for Reform Blog with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register on the Blog in order to place comments on a Blog post (personal identification information).
  • Comment on the Blog (IP address).
  • Request a password reset (IP address).
  • Enable a profile picture in your WordPress account. Your e-mail address is then shared in a secure and anonymized way with Gravatar.

European Liberals for Reform may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • Usage data from Google Analytics.

The European Liberals for Reform Blog is hosted by an implementation of WordPress, including several plugins.

Multimedia

If you upload images to any of our websites, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Payments

When European Liberals for Reform processes Membership Fees, we may send only the necessary data, and also use the resulting information from financial institutions that may be involved in processing the Membership Fee.

How do we store your data?


European Liberals for Reform securely stores your data at Mijn Hosting Partner (elfr.eu) and IONOS (elfr-blog.eu). The data are stored in their respective databases, which are only accessible to the hosting company’s system administrators, our security officer and the respective Web App and Blog.

European Liberals for Reform will keep the personal information you provided and the data collected through our data sources for as long as you are an applicant member or an approved member. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by three months after your membership has expired or cancelled.
